Overall, I had a wonderful 2 night stay and would visit again. I felt her frustration and reached in my bag and gave her a tip for her service. I asked her if management was aware of this injustice and she said that it's just how things have always been since she started working at the resort. I told her that seemed unfair since she creates the ambiance for her guests. She stated that she did not find a tip and that the housemen strip the beds before the room attendants enter to clean the rooms. I asked if she had cleaned my room that afternoon because I had left a tip for the service. I told her how impressed I was with the service. She greeted me with a smile and asked if I was enjoying my stay. When I arrived back to the hotel, I ran into one of the hotel staff on my floor. The next morning I left the property to do some sight seeing and dinning. The bed was so crisp and perfect that I almost thought I heard my mom say when I sat on it 'DON'T MESS UP THE BED!!!' Whoever prepared the room before I arrived is a pro and pays attention to details. When I arrived to my room it was clean and inviting. I was very impressed with the level of customer service, pristine rooms and the beautiful views. I usually don't stay at Casino Hotels, but I decided to give the Hard Rock Resort Hotel a try during my 2 night stay at Lake Tahoe.
